How to keep a moment in Signet: photo, line, seal

1. Add something to keep. Choose one photo, write a sentence, or do both. You need at least one. Text has no length limit. Video is not supported in version 1.4.2.
2. Choose a seal. The seal box has 75 seals in seven groups: milestones, moods, leisure seals, Seen seals, heavenly stems and earthly branches, solar terms and places. You can also carve your own.
3. Add an opening seal if you like. A moment takes a main seal and, optionally, one more, so at most two. The extra one can come from your own seals, leisure seals, stems and branches, or solar terms.
4. Pick how it is presented. Mounted in a frame, or stamped directly on the photo. For photos there are seven mounting formats: original ratio, square, hanging scroll, handscroll, wide margin, round and full bleed. Text-only moments use the original-ratio frame.
5. Adjust the photo and the seal. Drag and pinch the photo to frame it, from 1 to 3 times, rotate it by up to 45 degrees or in 90 degree steps. For direct stamping you can choose the seal's original color or white, drag it, scale it and rotate it.
6. Press the seal. The moment is saved to your collection.

After stamping

• You can edit the sentence and the date, and delete the moment.
• You cannot change the seal afterwards, which is deliberate: the seal was the decision.

Signet runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later, in eight interface languages: Simplified and Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, German, French and Spanish.
