你盖下的每一刻都归你所有，我们碰不到也不主张任何权利。应用本身与其中的印章设计归 Daylumen 所有，你可以自由使用，但不要把印章素材单独抽出来再分发。数据只在你的设备上，请自行备份。Every moment you seal belongs entirely to you — we can't touch it and claim no rights over it. The app itself and its seal designs belong to Daylumen; you're free to use them within the app, but don't extract and redistribute the seal assets. Your data lives only on your device — back it up yourself.
1. 关于本条款1. About these terms
本条款是你与 Daylumen（下称「我们」）之间就使用「拾刻」（英文名 Signet，下称「本应用」）达成的协议。下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示你接受本条款。These terms constitute an agreement between you and Daylumen ("we," "us") regarding your use of Signet ("the app"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you accept these terms.
若你通过 App Store 获取本应用，同时受 Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议约束。本条款与之冲突之处，以对你更有利者为准。If you obtained the app through the App Store, you are also bound by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Where these terms conflict with Apple's, the interpretation more favorable to you prevails.
2. 授权范围2. License scope
我们授予你一项个人的、非独占的、不可转让的许可，在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用本应用。你不得：对本应用进行反向工程、反编译或试图提取其源代码；移除或遮蔽应用内的任何版权标识；将本应用或其组成部分出租、出借、转售或再许可。We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code; remove or obscure any copyright notices within the app; rent, lend, resell, or sublicense the app or any of its components.
3. 你的内容归你所有3. Your content belongs to you
你在本应用中留下的一切——照片、文字、日期、你刻的印文与边款——完整归你所有。这些内容只存储在你的设备本地，我们没有服务器保存它们，因此我们既不能访问，也不会对其主张任何权利、许可或使用授权。Everything you create in the app — photos, text, dates, seal inscriptions, and colophons you carve — belongs entirely to you. This content is stored only on your device. We have no servers holding it, so we can neither access it nor claim any rights, licenses, or usage permissions over it.
你导出的成品图与年度长卷同样归你所有，你可以自由地保存、分享、商用，无需向我们申请授权，也无需署名。Exported finished images and year-end scrolls are equally yours. You may freely save, share, or use them commercially without seeking our permission or providing attribution.
4. 应用与印章的版权4. Copyright of the app and seals
本应用的软件、界面、视觉设计，以及内置的全部印章（含印面设计、印文选取与排布、边框与印泥色系）的著作权，归 Daylumen 所有，受著作权法与国际条约保护。The app's software, interface, visual design, and all built-in seals (including seal-face designs, inscription selection and layout, borders, and ink color palettes) are copyrighted by Daylumen and protected by copyright law and international treaties.
「拾刻」「Signet」以及应用图标，是我们的标识。"拾刻," "Signet," and the app icon are our trademarks.
你在正常使用本应用的过程中，把内置印章钤在你自己的时刻上、并导出与分享成品图——这是本应用的既定用途，完全允许，无需另行授权。但你不得：将印章素材从应用中抽取出来单独使用、再分发或用于其他产品；将内置印章的设计用作商标或标识。Stamping built-in seals onto your own moments and exporting/sharing the results — the app's intended use — is fully permitted without additional authorization. However, you may not: extract seal assets from the app for standalone use, redistribution, or use in other products; use built-in seal designs as trademarks or logos.
部分闲章印文取自汉印吉语及历代常用文辞（如「长乐」「未央」「曾经沧海」），这些文辞本身属于公有领域；受保护的是我们的印面设计与呈现，而非文辞本身。Some leisure seal inscriptions are drawn from Han dynasty auspicious phrases and classical literary expressions (e.g. "Enduring Joy," "Never-ending," "Having Seen the Vast Sea"). These phrases themselves are in the public domain; what is protected is our seal-face design and presentation, not the phrases themselves.
本应用使用霞鹜文楷字体，依 SIL Open Font License 1.1 授权。This app uses the LXGW WenKai typeface, licensed under SIL Open Font License 1.1.
篆书书体使用崇羲篆体（中央研究院「小学堂」项目，王心怡、季旭昇编制），依 CC BY-ND 3.0 台湾授权（姓名标示—禁止改作）使用，字库文件未作任何修改；使用全字库说文解字字体（CNS11643 中文标准交换码全字库），依政府资料开放授权条款第 1 版使用；使用峄山碑篆体（作者：字传，已公开声明免费商用）。Seal script typefaces include ChongXi Seal Script (Academia Sinica "Xiaoxuetang" project, compiled by Wang Xinyi and Ji Xusheng), used under CC BY-ND 3.0 Taiwan (Attribution–NoDerivatives), with font files unmodified; the CNS11643 Shuowen Jiezi typeface, used under the Government Data Open License v1; and Yishan Stele Seal Script (author: Zichuan, publicly declared free for commercial use).
手写体书体使用 锺齐志莽行书、刘建毛草、龙藏体、马善政楷体字体，均依 SIL Open Font License 1.1 授权。Handwriting-style typefaces include Zhi Mang Xing, Liu Jian Mao Cao, Long Cang, and Ma Shan Zheng, all licensed under SIL Open Font License 1.1.

5. 数据与备份5. Data and backups
本应用不设账户，不使用云端存储。你的数据只存在于你的设备上。这意味着：删除应用即删除全部数据；更换设备时，数据不会自动迁移（除非你启用了 iCloud 设备备份）；应用内删除某一刻或磨去某方印，即时生效、无法找回。The app has no accounts and uses no cloud storage. Your data exists only on your device. This means: deleting the app deletes all data; switching devices will not automatically migrate data (unless you have iCloud device backup enabled); deleting a moment or grinding away a seal within the app takes effect immediately and is irreversible.
请自行做好设备备份。我们无法为你恢复任何已删除或已丢失的数据，因为我们从未持有过它。Please maintain your own device backups. We cannot recover any deleted or lost data for you, because we have never held it.
6. 免责声明6. Disclaimer
本应用按「现状」提供。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对本应用的适销性、特定用途适用性作出任何明示或默示的保证，也不保证本应用永远无错误或不中断。The app is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, nor do we guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本应用而导致的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失负责，包括数据丢失。若某地法律不允许上述限制，则我们的责任以法律允许的最低限度为限。To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including data loss. Where local law does not permit such limitations, our liability shall be limited to the minimum extent allowed by law.
7. 价格与内购7. Pricing and in-app purchases
本应用当前完全免费，无内购、无订阅、无广告。若未来推出付费内容，我们会在应用内明确标示价格与所含内容；已经属于你的时刻与印记，不会因为任何付费状态的变化而被收回或锁定。The app is currently completely free — no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no ads. If paid content is introduced in the future, pricing and included content will be clearly labeled within the app; moments and seals already belonging to you will never be revoked or locked due to any change in payment status.
8. 条款的变更8. Changes to these terms
我们可能更新本条款。实质性变更会更新本页顶部的「最后更新」日期。变更后继续使用本应用，视为接受更新后的条款；若你不接受，请停止使用并删除本应用。We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms; if you do not agree, please stop using and delete the app.
9. 适用法律9. Governing law
本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖（不含冲突法规则）。这不影响你作为消费者在所在地法律下享有的强制性权利。These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). This does not affect any mandatory rights you enjoy as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction.
